1. Analysis of tender documents
We always start with a thorough review of the tender specifications, the requirements and the award criteria. We translate the legal and technical conditions into a clear step-by-step plan. Together with the company, we identify the critical elements and define where distinctive value can be created.
2. Strategy and information gathering
Based on the analysis, we develop a bid strategy with the client. What aspects should we emphasise? Which reference projects and supporting documents are most convincing? At this stage we gather all necessary input, such as certificates, policy documents or pricing information, and agree on roles within the team.
3. Drafting the proposal
We guide the entire writing process. The texts are drafted in close cooperation with the company, ensuring a clear structure, persuasive arguments and compliance with all formal requirements. For international companies, we also translate complex requirements into clear and accessible Dutch. We make sure that all templates and annexes are completed correctly and on time.
4. Review and quality assurance
Each bid is internally reviewed against the award criteria to ensure it is complete, concrete and verifiable. We facilitate review sessions, ask critical questions and refine the text until it fully aligns with the evaluation framework.
5. Submission and follow-up
We support the submission via the relevant procurement platforms, such as TenderNed, Mercell or CTM. After submission we handle follow-up, such as collecting supporting evidence or preparing for a verification meeting. If awarded, we can also assist with the first steps towards contract implementation.
